We do our best to get the bonus patterns posted shortly after the magazine goes on sale each year. Sometimes it takes a little extra time if corrections are needed during the proofing process. All patterns should be posted by the start of the Shop Hop.

Kayla has been sewing since she was about 7 years old, and has been quilting “seriously” since 2019. After leaving a career in intellectual property law, she started a longarm quilting business in 2020. She has since added custom embroidered quilt labels and exclusive quilt patterns to her quilting business. She enjoys teaching quilt-related classes at her local quilt shop and her quilt guild, with an emphasis on improving quilt piecing accuracy.

Kathy Gramkowski began her quilting journey 30 years ago after a successful career as a seamstress and costume designer. She took a heart bargello class at her local quilt shop and quickly realized that the creativity inherent in quilting was endless. Kathy enjoys the entire process of designing quilts and has designed and administered several Mystery Quilts. She is committed to learning new techniques and finds joy in teaching novice quilters; their enthusiasm rekindles her creativity and aids in refining her own quilting skills. Kathy loves sharing her knowledge with fellow quilters and values the opportunity to learn from them as well. She finds the quilting community to be a great source of inspiration. Recently, she moved to Florida from Massachusetts and is delighted to incorporate the abundant coastal designs and fabrics into her new projects.

Tiffany Hayes is a quilter who moved to East Texas in 2022 (born and raised in Southern Californian) and got her quilting start a long, long time ago. Tiffany creates quilt patterns to work with fabrics in the newest fabric lines. Her quilts designs can be found on her website, in fabric stores, catalogs and even in magazines. Tiffany creates the quilt patterns and her husband, Scott, creates the digital quilting designs to enhance the piecing. Scott then does the quilting on many of Tiffany’s quilts. They make a great team; she pieces and he quilts! Tiffany has traveled a taught many quilters from large conferences to quilt stores to cruise ships. She has created quilting tools such as: The Goddess Tool, The 60 Degree Triangle Tool and the 90 Degree Triangle Tool. She has even co-authored a book called Splice Magic. She loves to create and share all things quilting!

Anne Marcellis learned about quilting in 2001 and hasn’t looked back. She is a speaker, pattern designer, award-winning quilter and teaches everything quilty. She loves to challenge herself by designing colorful creative quilt patterns that look impressive but are easy to construct. This quilt enabled extra scraps to make a runner while using the Panel blocks and borders.

Stephanie Ennis has worked in the quilting industry for 26 years. She started working at her family-owned quilt shop when she was 15 years old. She immediately fell in love with all the wonderful colors of fabric and quilt patterns. She has written many patterns over the years. Her lifetime love of quilting has been handed down by many family generations as she has worked with her Great Grandmother, Grandmother, and Mother all of her adult life. She truly loves her fellow quilters.

Becky Tillman Petersen and Rachael Tillman Woodard work together on patterns, combining Becky’s design skills with Rachael’s input. Though they live on two different continents, with Becky’s home in Warsaw, Poland, and Rachael in Dade City, Florida, the duo work together often to come up with eye pleasing designs that quilters enjoy making. Becky has been quilting since 2009 and started freely sharing her designs via social media in 2014. In the fall of 2016, the twin sisters decided to combine forces and created an online quilt shop to showcase Becky’s designs. Becky hosts a group on Facebook called Quilted Twins – Scrap Quilting and more with Becky. Becky pieces and quilts daily on Jukes and Janomes, while Rachael cheers her on, running the store in Dade City.
