A & E Fabrics and Crafts is a one stop shop for all your quilting and sewing needs. We are
family owned and operated since 1954 starting as a pharmacy and five and dime. Through the
years we sold appliances, toys, Mardi Gras supplies and much more. Locals know us as the
place to go for just about anything you might need and all those years of serving the
community has given us a reputation that can’t be beat!
Over the years the craft and sewing area grew with a major expansion in 2017 when the
pharmacy was retired. We now carry over 20,000 bolts of fabric including over 15,000 bolts of
premium quilting fabric. We also added a 1,500 sq ft classroom with a full calendar of sit and
sew groups that meet weekly, monthly quilt guild meetings and both in-house classes and
multi-day classes with renowned instructors.
We are located in the FAR northwest corner of the Florida panhandle so our customer base
comes from several hours in all directions – Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. Our
customers know when they make the trip to allow several hours to meander the aisles and
find treasures to take home with them. Our online store now allows our valued customers to
shop from the convenience of their homes as we welcome new online customers from around
the country.
